Ronda Burns

 Music and Theatre Arts

Ronda has a Bachelor of Science in Interdisciplinary Studies with a music specialization from Texas A&M Commerce. She has eight years experience with GISD and five years with Phoenix Charter School.

“With correct training every child can develop a satisfying level of musicianship, learning to overcome obstacles.”

Ronda’s many contributions to the school and community include starting the track program, building a partnership with Texas A&M Commerce Theatre Arts Department, serving as a board member for Drug Free Greenville for one year, leading the UIL program, singing in a group called “Focused”, teaching children’s choir, giving private music lessons and organizing leadership classes.
