Kathy Toole

 Lower Elementary Administrator

Kathy Toole has been with Phoenix since it was founded in 1986. In 2002, she was Lead Teacher for Lower Elementary, becoming Administrator in 2003. Prior to Phoenix, Kathy Toole spent five years at St. Paul’s Episcopal School in Greenville. Kathy Toole has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Elementary Education and continues to remain updated with the latest educational developments through attending teacher and administrative professional development courses.

The Phoenix mission statement sums up her beliefs: “Each child is uniquely gifted. It is the job of the educator to move each child, as a life-long student, through a strong curriculum integrated with fine arts, into success in every facet of his or her life. The teacher is to provide a safe, nurtured, enriched learning environment.”
