Kim Williams

Kim attends Texas A&M Commerece and expects to graduate in May 2009. Kim has been a teacher and coach with Phoenix Charter School for five years. She began working with children in 1989 as a Pre-K teacher for KinderCare Learning Center where she eventually became director and obtained her Child Development Associate degree. Before coming to Phoenix, Kim worked as a paraprofessional at a Head Start School.

Kim, a single parent with four children at Phoenix, also coordinates Project Firebird. “Each year we have been able to increase the number of children that are sponsored for the Christmas Holiday season," Kim says. "I am proud of this accomplishment; it has been a great continuing success.”
